Did you sign up with facebook but that’s not your primary email anymore? Have you recently started using a new email? You can edit your email by going to the top right of the screen and clicking your name or edit profile.
Once in your profile find the email bar. There you can update your email. A confirmation will be sent to the new email address and voila email has been changed
