Ottawa’s Suds Buds & Windmills: Who Are We?
The Ottawa Suds Buds & Windmills (SBW) was established in 2010. At the time of its creation, the main goal was to provide co-ed opportunities to play safe recreational-level softball.
Now SBW has grown into a miniature league, playing softball while also adding Futsal, Volleyball and Ball Hockey to its roster. SBW also organizes annual softball tournaments, events and charity outreaches in the Ottawa region.
SBW continues to foster new friendships and provides new experiences to young Ottawa adults to play and grow as a team.
Over the years, SBW has grown and learned with the help of its sponsors:
Broadhead Brewery,
Northern Phenix,
Southbank Dodge,
Dinardo's Ski.Bike.Hike and
Katimavic Massage Therapy.

First at bat for SBW did not go well with a 3 up 3 down capped off by Seb’s swing and miss strike ou...

Taking the field first for this rescheduled game are the Buds with rookie pitcher
Dyllan taking the mound to start things off, I was definitely counting on my team to clean

would only see damage of 4 runs. Ending the first with three up, three down. Buds down
by 4.
Now wit...
