Movie outside Take 2! an ottawa event

Ottawa’s sports fraternity, Suds Buds and Windmills, hosts their second outdoor movie of the season! All players from softball, ball hockey, volleyball and futsal as well as anyone that is or wants to be part a growing inclusive more-then-a-sports-team group are welcome to come!

Bring some snacks and drinks, long sleeves and pants might be a good idea. We are going to prepare as much as we can for bugs but come dressed to make sure you don’t get eaten alive.

After airing the Sandlot, a story of where baseball dreams of little kids start, we will be watching one of Krystle’s all time fav movies Beer League. This is a movie about how in adult life when you realize you’re just a hack that’s never going to make it in sports you can still play a beautiful but extremely easy game called slo pitch softball. This is a story about family, heroes and villians and teaches us that even tho you’re a loser you can still get the trophy.
